Do you hate cauliflower? Well, then you probably never had roasted cauliflower. Most times, the cauliflower is steamed, making it soft and smooth. However, the roasted cauliflower has a nutty, buttery taste that melts in your mouth in a positive way. You can sprinkle with cheese, powdered spices, and even overturned in barbecue sauce. Follow these simple steps to a delicious treat, simple and healthy. 

Cauliflower is full of vital nutrients, including fiber, vitamin C, folic acid, and water. Some studies have shown that compounds in cauliflower may help protect against cancer, particularly prostate cancer. This vegetable is also low in carbohydrates and fat, making it an excellent addition to any diet.

Normally white, cauliflower-lime can also be green, orange or dark purple neon. These variations in color does not really affect the flavor but colored vegetables tend to have more nutrients.

Recipe:

Break cauliflower into small florets. The smaller they are, the faster they cook. Not too small, however, or will be difficult to collect.
Place the florets in a baking dish. The dish can be made of any material, but a metal plate will cauliflower a slightly crunchy exterior, and it is a better conductor of heat.
