Choosing the best side dishes for pork fillets
When you choose an entree, then want to choose flavors that complement each other. For example, simple fruits such as apple, cranberry and orange are delicious with pork. Mustard and mayonnaise are the condiments that go well with pork, while adding moisture. Blueberry and strawberry gelatin salad
six ounces strawberry gelatin pk
1 C boiling water
16 oz can of jellied cranberry sauce
16 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
10 oz frozen strawberries (thawed)
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Then, the mixture of cranberry sauce, pineapple and strawberries with their juices.
Chill at least an hour, or until firm.
This fruit salad is full of flavor, so usually served with pork fillet baked with a light seasoning.
Waldorf Salad
3 apples cut into chunks
04.05 dates cut into small pieces
½ cup chopped celery
¼ C walnuts, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
Sugar, about 2 tsp
Mix all ingredients just before serving so the apples do not turn brown.
This also works well with pork tenderloin recipe lighter, due to its dense texture.
